A Year of Impact and Ambition
Today we've published Allora's 2025-26 Impact Report.
This report is an opportunity for us to reflect on and share our progress, and supports our commitment to transparency and accountability as a certified B Corp. It shares what it means for us to be an impact-led business and the difference we, alongside our clients, have helped create. It is a reminder that delivering better outcomes for people and places is a collective effort, made possible through collaboration with our clients, partners, and industry peers.
With growth comes additional responsibility, and this year we took the opportunity to step back and ask ourselves a bigger question: how can we maximise our impact in delivering better outcomes through infrastructure over the long term?
We launched our 2030 Strategy, setting a clear direction for purposeful growth and reaffirming our belief that strong business performance and positive impact go hand in hand. We continued to embed impact into our governance, business planning and decision-making, while strengthening the way we measure success through our impact tool aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals.
This progress comes at a time when the infrastructure sector faces significant challenges. Across the UK, organisations are being asked to deliver more with less: improving productivity, responding to climate change, and creating greater value for customers. We believe infrastructure has a vital role to play in addressing these challenges, but only if it is planned, delivered and operated differently.
To everyone we have worked with over the last year, thank you. We're excited to build on this momentum and continue shaping how infrastructure is delivered, together.
